Return/Exchange Policy


Since Wecustomboxes.com produce boxes according to the customer’s requirements and provided information. Please be advised that our all products are customized according to the client's query, it is Customers responsibility to inform the company at support@wecustomboxes.com within 4 working days after receiving the order, if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specifications, or are defective,a charge back is not an option, However, If the fault in the product is proven to be on the company's end.

We will provide a free re-print of the order. The defect is determined by the management team of WCB. Full order must be shipped back within 7 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product's defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at the client's end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job,a charge back will be provided after deducting the products setup and shipping cost by the company.
